BR was selected by innovative healthcare brand ArchWell Health as its agency of record. The deal taps into BR’s sweet spot in retail—and aims to expand ArchWell Health’s mission of empowering senior consumers to live their best lives.
Boston-based creative agency Colossus has added to its executive leadership team, hiring Allison Waters Doherty as general manager of design. As a result, A&Co, the art and design studio where Doherty serves as founder is merging with Colossus. Having worked with coveted clients including Puma, Saucony, Tiffany&Co., Wrangler, New Balance, Tea Forte and more, Doherty brings a wealth of experience and capability to Colossus in every aspect of the art and design world.
Fresh Squeezed Music
New music services company Fresh Squeezed was launched in Dallas by executive creative director and award-winning composer Brian Flores. The company plans to partner with agencies, brand and production companies to create original scores and custom sound design for a variety of content, including music licensing and custom curated playlists.
Integrated tech marketing agency Fox Agency was chosen by Plumm, a workplace mental wellbeing solution, to lead its public relations. Fox Agency plans to drive awareness to Plumm’s mission of making wellbeing services accessible to the global workforce.
Harmelin Media, Ovative Group
Harmelin Media and Ovative Group were both chosen by UScellular to provide brand and performance media studies. Harmelin is focused on developing full-funnel media strategy, while Ovative is focused on providing digital media strategy to drive subscriber growth online and in-store.
Marketing and advertising agency Hart acquired media-neutral agency MDB Communications to bolster its service lines and grow its brand nationwide. The acquisition expands Hart’s capabilities in marketing and nationwide service-minded delivery.
Digital advertising agency The JRT Agency was selected as the agency of record for business and residential telecommunications service provider Clear Rate Communications. JRT is working closely with the company to launch a complete website restructure and content overhaul in 90 days, which will be followed by continued support in branding, marketing and messaging initiatives.
Marketing data and analytics company Kantar entered an agreement to sell Kantar Public to pan-European private equity firm Trilantic Europe. The agreement would enable Kantar Public to become an independent business, positioning it as one of the largest global specialist evidence and advisory businesses to the government and public realm.
Landor & Fitch
Specialist brand and design group Landor & Fitch partnered with sustainable footwear brand ACBC to build the brand’s U.S. market—and expand its partnerships with fashion brands. Landor & Fitch is tapping into its own commitment to sustainability to reframe ACBC’s positioning in this new market.
Female-led independent media agency Media+ rebranded with a new website and logo, signaling a new stage of growth for the company. The rebrand comes after years of successful work with brands including Lush, Nature’s Path and Dollar General.
Meta Festival is back for its second installment, this time with a 24-hour slate of activations including talks from global brands and metaverse experts, festival areas and personalized avatars for attendees. The festival will take place on Tuesday, June 28 in Metapolis, the festival’s virtual world—and will require a device and internet connection to attend.
National CineMedia, America’s largest movie network uniting brands with young, diverse movie audiences, partnered with Place Exchange, a leading supply-side platform for programmatic out-of-home media. The two launched a programmatic offering that allows advertisers to reach the NCM audience of over 600 million moviegoers.
Quiet Storm has been appointed the creative account for ethical hot drinks company Cafédirect to make its flagship coffee brand and its values instantly recognizable by U.K. coffee drinkers. The new campaign was created in response to findings of low brand awareness and minimal understanding of brand values by consumers.
RDandX Network has launched ReBid, which it claims is the world’s first unified marketing and advertising AI automation platform, ready for the cookieless world—and uses proprietary AI based algorithms that leverages MadTech (MarTech + AdTech) to simplify digital marketing.
The Social Standard
The Social Standard and VEDX, an edtech virtual reality firm, joined together to create one of the first influencer marketing agencies in the Infiniverse. The Infiniverse is a meta-city located in metaverse app Multiverse—and the firms’ integration into this spaces allows them to showcase client work, meet with consumers in a conference room and drive viewers to their website.
Value Creation Labs
Value Creation Labs, a brand studio growth accelerator, formally launched under the leadership of 15-year consulting veteran Zach Servideo. VCL showcases entrepreneurs, investors, strategists, technologists and tacticians that help early stage businesses find their voice, and established companies navigate digital transformation.
Wunderman Thompson joined forces with Drive Forward Foundation to offer internships to care leavers, aiming to bring them confidence, awareness and familiarity in the industry. Wunderman Thompson’s goal is to expand the foundation’s mission to dispel the myth that those who’ve been in care will struggle to reach meaningful achievements.
Wunderman Thompson was also hired as digital partner for Edrington UK, a top whisky supplier. The agency will handle digital commerce, content and media strategy across Erdington UK’s brand portfolio, including The Macallan, The Famous Grouse and Courvoisier. Wunderman Thompson will be responsible for Edrington UK’s digital strategy and content creation, with the aim of increasing traffic to Edrington UK’s D2C sites and leveraging its digital channels to position Edrington UK as a prestige brand.
